No headaches and lots of fun

I bought a Ruth doll from Annie. I wanted the doll body with a Japanese head. Annie sent me several to choose from. Made my selection, but when the doll arrived, it wasn't Japanese. The right body, wrong skin tone and head. Called Annie and was told to take some pictures of the doll, and she and her staff would sort it out. I dropped my phone several months ago and can't take pictures, so wasn't able to resolve the problem. The doll is great. The staff was friendly and were willing to help with my problem.
