Slow on getting back on issues and we'll no nothing more to say. I will just get a storage case at this time and it's a 2 to 3 month wait for me to have a custom case made do I will just wait since I not getting the link or payment forms later

The service by AD was decent. I did need to prompt them for order progress. The doll is good. Very lifelike texture and amazing looks. The wigs are great quality too. The detail on the face and eyes are amazing. But the doll is very heavy and difficult to handle. Within a week, the doll already had damage to its flesh. The leg joints are very stiff, making posing very hard. Washing the doll is very difficult given how hard it is to move.

Overall I'm happy with my purchase though I do dislike a couple things. The first thing that I don't mind too much since I should have done some more research but the heating isn't any good. It seemed to start to melt one of the arms a little bit on the inside and doesn't heat much of the doll. The second thing that bothers me a bit more is that one of the reasons I made my purchase was because of the Hearts on Fire sale. The sale offered a second head ans wig for free and I was looking forward to being able to change the face and hair sometimes. But I never received the second head. I contacted costumer service and was told that they would work to get it shipped to me then I never received another message. Other than these two things though the doll was as expected.

The doll looks great. The face is very life like. The hair length is longer than the picture in the catalog. The doll is very heavy. It is extremely difficult to move from one room to another room.
