Shipping was fast and kept you updated on shipping status

This is my first doll so was a bit worried about spending 2k with the extras. But I had a smooth experience, with customer support been great with a couple of things I contacted them about. The doll itself is outstanding and well worth the wait for delivery and cost, and I'm even thinking about a 2nd doll.

Shipping and product fantastic,I buy wigs ,eyes, extras

The Louie fella was pretty nice and helpful

Great , no issues. Thank you
