Wasn't planning for a third review context as I said it all in my review of the 153 Miyuki doll. One thing I will say again here, learn as much as you can about the features before you get someone to help you put the order in. Sometimes you need to sleep on some of the decisions you will encounter, and that might not be obvious at the time you are first learning about the features. I can confirm they will help you make post-order changes but waiting for change order confirmation from the factory after the fact is stress that can easily be avoided. Use the configurator to build your cart, save all your questions from that as they come up, for when you contact support. I think that is they best way to take advantage of their expertise. When you ask them for help your are going to get expert help. Very happy to do business with them in the future!
