Rosemary's was professional as always and I received this doll very quickly. I ordered a custom doll from SheDoll on 01/04/26 and received her on 02/04/26. That's quick and just before the Chinese New Year that brings everything to a halt. Rosemary's kept up with timely notices and tracking numbers. I have ordered a few dolls from them and they are the go-to people.

Very good doll and shipping was fast

The doll arrived faster than I expected! The doll was very well packaged and arrived in great shape. It was perfect! The only thing I would say is that it is kind of heavy, but I knew this was going to be the case. I will probably go with a lighter doll in the future.
