This is a absolute MUST HAVE for any Doll owner. The mechanism does a superb job cleaning the orifices for your doll. Adding water and running the cleaning side is very simple. Make sure to add the power supply when checking out. The drying unit does a fantastic job, and the package also comes with a drying rod. The instructions are in clear, easy to read English. The ONLY input I have is that the designers/engineers should add a side window to the reservoir to display the current water lever and/or a mark to indicate the maximum fill line. Make absolutely sure to buy one of these units if you are a doll owner as the cleaning process takes 15-20 minutes and will bring many extra years to your doll and save you a ton of money in the long run. Head arrived in excellent condition. I needed another head because I was receiving a replacement body for a defective one I received. Head sealed perfectly the neck making a air tight seal.
