The whole process was very smooth and easy. On top of that the packaging was delivered to the correct location & the box was in a discrete package which I very much appreciated. Whenever I talked to the customer service rep they were also very helpfull.

I really like the convenience of this machine, considering I don't have to carry my heavy doll into the shower to clean her anymore! The first time I used it, I learned my lesson big time. I didn't have it inserted enough and the water was shooting out everywhere and got my floor really wet!
