I did a lot of research before deciding to order with Rosemary Doll. I could tell based on their website that they care about their customers and provide a LOT of information and resources to help people make the best decision, including how to avoid scams. After placing the order, I was in regular contact with their customer service rep Candy throughout the process, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive. When the doll was being made she kept me up to date on the status and encouraged the factory to prioritize my order. Before they shipped, they sent me photos to review and I noticed the eye color needed to be fixed, which they corrected. I also noticed the hair wasn’t quite the same as the website photos, so they provided me with a free wig to make up for it. When the doll finally arrived, I was blown away by the realism. It was better than I imagined and everything I ordered was included. However my doll was supposed to have an anal cavity but they weren’t able to add that because I ordered auto-sucking vagina. This was a disappointment but Candy was very considerate and responsive and was able to refund the auto-sucking vagina add-on as a gesture of apology. I am very happy with Rosemary Doll’s customer service and would only order with them in the future.

Rosemary Doll is the only website I fully trust for dolls. The customer service is excellent with real people responding and following up. The advertised prices are legit, without hidden fees, special taxes or any other hidden costs and I really appreciated the transparency. Shipping was tracked so I knew the delivery date. The box was sturdy but still had damage in transit even though the doll was completely safe. Customer service was very helpful in answering my questions and making me feel confident in my purchase. I also like the extra maintenance items that were included with the doll. They helped a lot until I bought my own supplies. Rosemary Doll was perfect and I would feel totally confident buying from this site again.
