Customer service was top notch and the shipping was pretty good. The day I decided I should probably check the tracking to see if it was close, was the same day it arrived on my porch. Will definitely use Rosemarydoll again in the future.

The product that you receive is the product that you see in the photos and videos, they are 100% original dolls, there is no doubt, the customer service is impeccable, they answer any question you have, they even send you videos and photos different from those shown in the doll catalog, and the shipping is quite fast, it arrived to me on the date that was told to me, more or less a week, even though I bought a doll in stock, (small tip) if you can buy a personalized doll I recommend it more
