I had great experience with Rosemary. Ordered my doll at the end of August and she arrived at my door a month and a half later. Communication with them was pleasant. I had a small problem with my doll (a small 1cm tear) and they resolved it quickly by sending me silicone glue. Highly recommend them to everyone looking to buy a doll.
