Service could have been a little better. I never got the tracking number once the package came into the USA. But from the date I placed the order till it was delivered was 3 weeks. Other than not getting a tracking I have zero complaints.

Shipping was good. The lead time from ordering to shipping was unexpected with the "in-stock" description of the shipping window, but it was overall fine.

The store assistants are very helpful, have great communication,they always answer all the questions and help with the wholeprocess of picking the right product, ordering and shipping.

She is perfect just the way I want. Just very heavy.
