I get one particular part from time to time and so far they all have performed as expected and satisfactorily.

First lets touch each subject, then go into more detail. Sorry this took me a while I have been very busy and the first one I spent much time on got erased. Package The packaging was good overall, my dolls came un-damaged for two of them. The third one still has a damaged breast. I don’t know if this is do to shipping or the handling of the doll before shipping. Eyelashes seem to come damaged on more heads then not. I think the padding needs to be backed off of the eyes or to put it differently the pads rest on the eyes and the eyelashes, bigger holes are needed. Shipping The shipping is not the best but that is on FedEx and UPS. Around here UPS is the better one to use. FedEx is a nightmare, at least they delivered it to my house this time stead of down the street. I wish these packages could come though the Post Office, They really are the best way to receive anything with a tracking number. Heck, they are the best way to get packages. The biggest problems I had here was getting one of my tracking numbers late and one of them being changed without the factory notifying me or anyone else. Order Thanks to Steven and Stacey my order has mostly turned out great but the factory that they work with really sucks. The dolls are pretty good in quality overall. The skin is solid and not translucent. Does give out a little easier then I thought it would. More on that later. All of my girls are the same color and they have done a good job with keeping the skin tone the same. There was some small damages here and there that I didn’t care for but don’t really care about either (Example: The one doll had a lightly skinned shoulder). The joins are a bit of a mess, some of them are to loose and others don’t want to move at all. Example: one of my dolls will not keep her leg up were I put it, the hip is to loose and then a different one the knees take a lot of strength to bend at all. Overall, I am fine here. I did want to tighten the one leg but don’t want a scar on her. The thing that I was and still am very much so disappointed in is the breasts. I was hoping for real gel filled breasts but they are only TPE Filled. They form “holes” or clump up making gaps in the breast much to easy. Out of the four dolls I have gotten one has a damaged breast and gaps in the other breast and the three others have gaps or holes in at least one breast. The breathing feature is much to noisy and it doesn’t sound like breathing. For an immersion feature it ruins it’s self. The implanted hair is great if you get the real human hair. The fake hair is a nightmare that doesn’t stop. I like the implanted hair very much but having the whole head made up of hardened TPE has drawbacks. The first one is that the lips are to hard and adds to a lack of immersion. It is closer to kissing a dead girl, cold and hard, then a real ( alive ) girl. Next, any makeup that you add to the skin comes off easy. The last item is much like the first, if your cheek or anything else touches her face. It feels very different from the rest of the body and has far less realism with an exception for the ears. Can throw everything off. Some hair does come out in combing but it is still well done and I find no issue with the quality of the implanting. The nails can have a little bit of a hard time staying on. The one doll I have used the most from this order is missing most of her nails at this point. Doll 166C This doll came with thin hands, the finger’s skeleton is always pointing out of the ends of the finger’s skin. She is the one that has lost most of her nails ( one got stepped on and broke before I spotted it). Will be trying to put them back on later. She has formed gaps/holes in both breasts. Note that all three of my dolls were ordered with the breasts being filled 100% and not 80%. I can’t say I believe that they were fully filled with the 172B as an exception. The TPE has began to rip between the butt and leg. I do not leave them in any stretched position for longer then needed. Not sure how to fix it, any help would be appreciated. Doll 162E This doll came with a broken breast that I am still trying to fix. The other breast has gaps in both the top and bottom. I am still angry about the factory telling me to fill her breast with air! So far the repair gel I got for her has costed me $170.ish. Not ok for a brand new doll. Both breasts have a deformed mark on the outer sides. You can tell that there was a hole there at one time. Not super major to me but I still don’t like it. The breathing feature I wish I didn’t get is in this doll. It must add a lot of weight, I think this is the heaviest of all my dolls. Truth be told, I don’t mind the weight if the breathing was worth it. For some reason this one seems to pick up static. It’s kind of weird. This one has been in storage mostly. If there is anything else wrong with it, I have not found it yet. Doll 172B My tallest doll here is the one that is doing best but she does have a gap in one of her breasts on the top left. Horrible filling! These are small breasts and shouldn’t have gaps so easy. Head 70 70 came with the bottom eyelashes missing. They were sent to me, problem fixed. One of the top eyelashes is coming off. She came that way, I have given her very little time on a body, shame, it is a great head. When I get glue I will fix her up. This head is great, I like it a lot. The sculptor did a good job with this face or the model did a great job holding still and giving a decent look. Head 124 124 is in great condition. She came with a little extra TPE ball in the one ear. She came with all of her eyelashes but one of them has been loose on the end since she came. She lost most of the white on her teeth in shipping. A pen was sent to me in the mix goodie bag to whiten teeth, problem fixed. Overall, I am pleased with this head with no major concerns. Head 185 Head 185 is well done and in good quality. She only came with upper eyelashes, thankfully that problem was fixed. I don’t care for the look on her face now that I have it in person. It is just off, feels like she is somewhere else or at very least shocked. However, this head is still well made. Head 356 356 has a broken eyelash that cracked in shipping, the one half is falling off. This is one of the things I will be fixing when I get glue. Other then that this head is in great condition and is well done. Though the look on her face is a little to plan. Head 368 I love this head like crazy! She came with a cut across the mouth which I don’t like (a picture was sent at the time I received her). She has a top and bottom eyelash falling off now, I don’t remember if she came with any eyelash problems. She has seen a lot of time on her body. They did a very good job with her hair. The eyebrow on the right is now a little faded, big problem with the hardened TPE and makeup. I wish the factory would of implanted them for me when I asked. She is another one that has problems with her teeth staying white. Would be very pleased if it wasn’t for the mouth being messed-up and the drawbacks of hard TPE. Head 398 They did a good job with the hair overall though it has felt a bit thin since she came. Thanks to QC it is the right color and not all black like the factory messed-up on at first. Must of been dyed instead of redone, there is still a little black left. Makes me question why she took so long to come. There is a big piece of scrape left in both of her ears, little pieces of scrape on the one outer ear, a scrape between her chin and cheek, and in the area where the neck goes. Does feel a little unprofessional and poor in quality. The lower eyelash on the right is not a full eyelash. Funny thing is they are not falling off, though the right eye is now showing warning signs. She came with a scrapped nose. Her now fading eyebrows do not match the hair color which is a let down. Her teeth don’t stay white for long at all and her lips need a lot of touch up. The hard TPE is not good stuff. However, she seems to reject the makeup more then the others. The look on this head is off. She is always shocked or scared. I don’t care for it. I am not all that pleased with this head but the hair color is just about perfect. It would be a very good idea to add more pictures of this head to the website. I remember being thrown off by her. The one picture is not good enough to know what you are ordering. Unfortunately the glue that the factory sent with the eyelashes was much to old and was unusable. Non-the-less I appreciate the caring they showed with this gift. Would Like to See I would one day like to buy a full silicon doll but so far I only see TPE dolls here at this site. Real gel or gel Implants for the breasts. Much better quality!!! A soft skin layer over the hard TPE for implanted hair doll heads. Lip, nipples, and labium minus (frenulum of clitoris) that are colored TPE instead of just makeup. A option for short nails. May help them stay on. Implanted eyebrows especially with the hardened TPE heads. Makeup eyebrows come off. Implanted eyelashes. Eyes with veins. Hard storage cases. Standing racks or the like. I also use them for models for drawing and the standing feet doesn’t always cut it. Me getting a VIP card. Not that I didn’t feel VIP, but I still want the other perks. Lastly I am mostly pleased with my order and the customer service is top of the line. However, in all truth, I am hesitant is ordering any more dolls for a while do to two major concerns. The first is how my 162E came damaged with no help in fixing her aside from a small refund of which I have already had to spend over a hundred dollars more in trying to fix. The second reason is the very poor quality of the breasts. The filling needs to be addressed big time. However, I do not care to look anywhere else yet as RLSD has the best customer service. I will always check here first! If the breast filling issue is taken care of I will be ordering more Later on. Finally my questions. How do you fix a deep rip in the skin? Do you have a video? Thankfully the butt/leg area is thick but it still needs attention. I have the gel needed to fix my 162E. How do I open the breast and put it in so it can be sealed once more? Or how do I close a breast after I open it? Thanks, John

You responded to concerns and questions in a timely fashion which was good but I always had to solicit updates to get any. Aim for improvement there. The website was good and your pricing with the extras as freebies in some cases made me choose you guys as my vendor

Service was outstanding. Very fast response. There was a bit of oddness where my order had finished QC and sat there for 3-4 weeks. I asked about it and they told me it was due to covid shipping and such, and then like 2-3 days later it shipped. So it made me wonder if maybe my order somehow did got lost somewhere and I had to remind them about it. Either that, or I just hapened to have very coincidental timing in my inquiry. But things happen so I don't blame RLSD either way. The product I received was amazing. Only other complaint is that the skin color options on the web site do not really match very well with what you receive in my opinion, at least for WM dolls. The little skin chooser pallete color seems way different from what you end up receiving. The fair skin color is way more yellow than what I got, at least to my eyes. Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning. Those are the only reasons I don't give five stars. Packaging was great, but I have no idea how much RLSD is involved with that.
