I got my my wm doll in a timely manner and they took care of the issues that I had and would definitely Recommend them as they are a good company and I will buy from them again.

This review is regarding the RLSD custormer service on a recent order of a head. I received pictures of the head and an email from RLSD QC stating that the wrong eye color was originally used, but had since been replaced with the correct eye color per my order. When I received the head, the eye color was not the brown I had wanted and expected. The eyes didn't look brown to me because they were a brighter color. I contacted RLSD and received a prompt response telling me that WM sources different eyes at different times and that what I had received is a chestnut color. RLSD said an email was sent to WM to see if the darker brown eyes could be sent to me. It's been a month and I haven't received any eyes or any other response from RLSD thus the 4 star "Good" rating. I believe WM is more at fault in this matter, but it could've been followed up by RLSD. The customer should be notified in advance if there is to be any deviation in eye color. The customer could then make the decision to accept the eye color or opt for a different eye color completely.

I Am THRILLED with RLSD website, and customer service! My ONLY criticism is they need more pictures of each doll, Very very happy with their premium wigs! However...third doll, and again wrong skeleton! Although these issues are probably due to the factory making mistakes, Details being over looked when I spent over 5 grand, does not make me feel valued as a customer. Either the order was not conveyed correctly, or the factory gives you what they think you want. I'm going to stop there. Shipping was VERY fast, although package was slightly damaged, battered on one side, and stood up on wrong end of box, so weight of the doll was on the neck, and that was all three of my doll orders, UPS are bunglers, FEDEX - Better choice, package could have been better marked for which end was up. Overall, I like this vendor, they offer many great products, only going to buy wigs from them for now on, they are top notch!

I love what you have to offer. You offer products that are so nice. I like that you offer different brands of dolls.. I'm hoping that you can offer a 100 to 130cm piper doll soon. I don't trust many doll sites to buy from and I've never bought any of my dolls from you actually but I do trust you because I've bought all my accessories from you. I feel like your prices are a bit high on your dolls though... The guy I purchase all my dolls from always hooks it up for me.. if a doll is 2500 he usually hooks me up at 1600. I don't know how he does that. Do you offer a one time first time doll buyers discount? I think that would be pretty cool. Anyways love what you do. I do tons of research on dolls but I always check your site when I'm doll shopping so keep on being you.
