Wished to know how the camera compartment worked in regards to flexibility and removal. Was answered promptly.

I had a problem with my Pacsafe sling strap and after connecting with Arthur and telling him about my issue and providing a photograph, he kindly replaced my strap with a new model which is much better designed. I have been a long time Pacsafe customer and this kind of service is why I will continue to be. Thanks Pacsafe and Arthur.

Kudos to the Netherlands team, he really did his best to accomodate and replace the bag.
