MetroSafe LS200
After many years of carrying a MetroSafe bag on a daily basis, my old bag started looking really ratty. So, last year (2017), I bought another MetroSafe bag to replace the old one. Sadly, by December, the key ring clasp, which had a different design from the one on my original bag, had broken off. I was so disappointed - a sturdy key ring for a spare set of keys is important to me since I have a tendency to misplace keys. That said, I received excellent customer service from PacSafe's representative, Arthur Oemke. The key ring clasp was not a part that could be replaced so Arthur saw to it I received a new bag within a few days of our conversation. Good customer service is not easy to find these days. I love PacSafe products, am very satisfied with PacSafe's response to my issue & intend to remain a customer.
