Very well built and nicely finished, very functional

Over the weekend, I used the lock to lock my bike and my wife’s bike. After locking the cable in place, I tried to retract the cable and pressed the reset button and the retract button. After, I scrambled the combo and found that I actually reset the combo to a new one without realizing it. As a result, I couldn’t unlock our bikes. After trying multiple times to guess the new combo, I couldn’t unlock the cable. Out of frustration of what I had just done to my new lock, I yanked the body of the lock with probably about 25 lbs of force and the cable popped out in one piece with no visible damage to the lock. Good news is our bikes are unlocked and my wife wasn’t going to kill me for a goofy mistake. Haha. Bad news is I don’t know the new combo to use this new lock. However, after Arthur listened to my dilemma, he graciously offered a replacement lock. Thank you for the great service and for hiring Arthur!

I bought a bag for my mother for Christmas and at her first use, one of the straps tore. After working with Arthur in customer service for support, I received a new bag in the mail today. Thanks for the help.
