I recently purchased the Pacsafe Metrosafe 450 backpack to use in my business instead of a laptop bag. The bag itself is wonderful. I created a Pacsafe account during the checkout process but didn’t think to check my email account before completing my order and therefore missed the 15% off welcome discount code that they sent me. I contacted Pacsafe immediately to see if they could apply this to the order and refund me the 15% and they refused. Additionally, I didn’t receive a shipping email until after I had received the bag and never did receive an email confirming that it was delivered. I’ve never received a completed invoice either. The product is great. The customer service is poor at best.

I was so excited to purchase this bag, drove over an hour to a retailer, and brought it with me to South East Asia. It wasn't until I got here, that I realized the bag is excruciatingly heavy, even without anything in it. I couldn't believe this bag weighs so much. I'm quite strong, and usually good at "toughing it out" but after carrying it for 2 weeks, I had to express ship it back home to Canada. Probably the worst backpack I have ever owner in terms of being not practical. Very disappointing.
