I purchased a Travelsafe 5L, and found it to be unpractically too big.

I had wanted a Pacsafe bag for my day-hiking and everyday needs for a while, and a family member purchased one for me as a celebratory gift. Unfortunately, the bag that was purchased was far too large for my needs and I wanted to return it, to then turn around and purchase the correct sized bag. The company refused to accept the return because the family member had purchased the bag more than four weeks prior to giving it as a gift. All they offered was a 20% coupon on future purchases. Now I am stuck with a mint condition, oversized bag that will live forever unused in my closet. This company is uninterested in helping its customers and as such I will be advising all of my friends and family to never purchase their products the future.
