No info about how to latch was sent to me. Just a pic I sent you. And said case closed!

I have sent a request, received notice that I will be contacted within 48 hours, never been contacted. Somebody is very creative in your company.

Solved? I didn't even get a reply regarding my inquiry how come it's been solved? No one reached me! Seriously? Your customer service sucks!
