Y'all took like four days to respond to a question I submitted....

Checkout via paypal was not working when I tried it. Non-US Credit Card is not acceptable as mode of payment. Nevertheless, delivery of product is relatively fast and smooth.

Ordered a back pack with free shipping . It took 3 days for them to ship it. I remove two stars for that and for the customer service.

Service in respect of faulty product needs firming-up: contacted main email (US) who suggested EU approach without taking ownership of issue. Had to ask for EU contact and now awaiting response (having had to explain again what was wrong with a Pacsafe lock).

I had a complain. No solution proposed.
