Ive purchased quite a few of your product,the draw is the safety and my goods are secure when traveling in the city always found Pacsafe to be reliable.Glad to see that a new stylish range has arrived….pricing is above average,So Ido have to consider my options when making a purchase.

I like the functionality of the bags you offer. I had an old one I bought about 6 years ago or so and I used it for most of my travel and it has not let me down. I was looking for a roomier and more fashionable bag so I bought the Citysafe CX hobo last year. My problem there were the lack of pockets outside and even inside where i can quickly store metro cards (my old one had lots of slots for the card), and the sling strap wasn't comfortable. I'm now looking for a replacement for the sling strap. Also, the hobo's strap snapped during the first half of my trip to Australia last year, when it was just about a month old. I had to make do with the sling strap for the rest of the trip (that's how I found out how uncomfortable it was)/ I returned it to the seller and they gave me a brand new one which was fantastic. My brothers all use Pacsafe too for their daily bag since there are a lot of pickpockets and thieves here in the Philippines and we're all happy with it. Just wish you can release more fashionable but still functional pieces.

I loved my pacsafe backpack, but I am disappointed that you couldn't repair it when the zipper broke. One of my favorite features was being able to secure the zipper and now it is just open. I have used my backpack all over the world and now will no longer be able to use it.

Focus on maintaining the quality of your product

Nothing solved yet. I was given another person to contact but no reply from him so I am still in the dark. I feel like thumbing my nose at Pac Safe products for the hassle it is to get info. It shouldn’t be so hard to buy your product! The fact it has been closed off is indicative of the service I have received. If I was that Customer Service rep I would have followed thru to see if I had been contacted and my problem solved.
