Recently I was having some trouble seeing you images of a Pacsafe bag and Arthur was able to help me. I really appreciated his efforts.

I love the look of this bag, and the way it opens up and stays open, and the security features. If I could improve it somehow, I think I'd ask for straps at the side for compression, for when I don't need to fill it all the way. I'd also love more organization inside - more pockets.

I really appreciated having this purse on my first european trip, having had relatives that have been the victims of thieves. I felt that the size of the purse could have been a BIT larger, but then we got to a museum, and it said you can take in a bag only if it is smaller than A4 (european paper) size: this purse fit it perfectly. I initially liked all the extra zippers and areas to separate items, but eventually found them to be too much - small areas to loose and confuse the whereabouts of small things. I found that the design works best if flat items are in the front pocket, and items with depth (such as a sunglasses case) were in the back. I also would have appreciated if the RFID pocket did not have a zipper as it made the top opening smaller and less convenient to slip in my phone: I ended up using the back pocket (which is for a tablet) almost as often, and it is not a secure area. Overall, I would definitely buy the purse again, but i will only be using it for travel: it is not quite comfortable for everday use.

I am waiting to hear from Pacsafe in reference to my shoulder bag metrosafe GII. The zipper broke in the bag and I haven’t heard anything in a week now. And I miss this bag so much. I really need my bag. Thanks
