arrived broken

The ad made it look so easy. So I thought with my arthritis I'd get it to bring the groceries in the house so I wouldn't have to take so many trips which is so painful. I'm sure it's a great product for someone else but it was extremely hard for me. I used it once and stuck it in the extra room.

Used one time. Wheels on left side (from rear view), were wobbly. They curled in, and when I checked it, it was not locking in like the other side. It then popped, and a piece of the metal fell out.
