I can’t get wheels to lock and when thought I did .. I put grocery bags in and the wheels collapsed

I would like to know how to exchange or get a refund? I used it once. It broke after going down 3 steps.

You obviously only want a positive review I have responded twice about the poor quality of your product and you choose to not address the issue. So quit asking for a review......

The second time I used this product it fell apart. Definitely not worth the money.

This cart is constantly collapsing in on itself. It can barely make it up 5 stairs with a light load of groceries. It's a struggle to get it to stay open and up until I ca get enough stuff in it to give it a little weight. It's a little better than nothing, sometimes.
