I recently bought an Upcart Lift. Hopefully your company has the record of the transaction, Today I was getting salt for the softner. Since it was my understanding that the capacity was 200 lbs, I was trying to move three 40 lb bags. When going up the two steps from the garage to the house, the handle snapped. I have 19 step that are open at the back, It doesn't work with them. I was hoping they would. It made me feel like I was going to fall over trying to pull it up. Would have been great if it did work. Maybe it's better with solid steps. I just ended up carring everything up like I always did. Sorry I really wanted to love it.

Unfortunately I am not able to write a review since my order never made it here. I ordered the cart around thanksgiving and received a shipping notification maybe a day or two later so I was happy it was processed so quickly. I waited and waited and it looks like they never officially shipped it and by the time I questioned I was told they were out of stock. I can say my email correspondence was quick and Upcart did refund my money so......nice customer service but wish I had the product I ordered to give a real review Thank you

I am very disappointed in my upcart. I ordered the 200 lb one and the handle will not lock into position and when pulling two cases of water up stairs it comes lose and nearly made me fall several times. It's flimsy and the bungies I ordered will not clasp onto the upcart anywhere and the bag is practically useless.

When I purchased the cart I was hoping for a complete flat area to place items to move. However it has limited space because it has side corners limiting me with items I’m able to carry such as cases of water, large boxes, or laundry baskets. Also it is difficult for me to put the handle down when I am done using the cart. The button is hard to push in to collapse the handle
