I received the Upcart and immediately used it to haul my wood for fireplace up the stairs... Unfortunately the upcart had a very hard time..not loaded with even 100# of wood. After i did make 2 trips with the wood decided that it was NOT the way to go.. Pull my right knee in the process of using it. Disappointed

I can never figure out how to get the wheel going in the right direction. I cannot get it to close correctly either. Finally gave up because I was wasting more time trying to get it going than helping.

I have used the cart a couple of times...it was difficult to remember how to open and close it up. I had to review your video a couple of times. I is a bit clumsy but I'd probably get used to it with more use. I have found that it is hard to handle when the stairway width is narrow...it's difficult to take the steps (3) up and then try to turn it to take it into the house. Again, with time, I'll be able to adjust accordingly. I have yet to use the bungie cords.

Product is flimsy. Wheels are rivet. No bolts. It is ok for two or three steps up but a stair cases is difficult. It is easier to just carry the packages up a stair cases. Should have bought a $20.00 folding dolly from Walmart.

I have used the upcart for various moves. I love the base being flat on the ground. It's easy to load heavier items. But the handle is not as strong as the base. It wiggles and I question it's 200lb capacity. I have only used it on 50lb or less loads. If I had 200lbs on this device and I had to save it from tipping, I question the strength of the handle.
