This is a great product. Very well made. Only issue is the release button on the handle to raise and lower is recessed and very difficult to push in. Sometimes I just leave the darn handle up as I don’t have the time to fuss with it. I own 2 and both are the same. Another brand I have is not as nice but so much easier to raise and lower. Fix this and you’ll get a 10 Star!

I feel it would be better if they automatically included straps or bungee cords with it, but it really does work well.

I don’t like how the wheels turn in

This cart does not “click” when it opens up. Wheels close up when I’m using it and it’s very annoying. When wheels are open it does help to get heavier loads up stairs

Add on bag didn’t stay secure, and difficult to pull up 13 stairs.
