Wow, I am impressed with this company. Our heavy-duty Upcart had some trouble on the release button and they were completely responsive and replaced it immediately. This one is totally great! Very handy. Lightweight enough to move around, but sturdy and able to handle large loads. Simply thrilled with the service and product. We have stairs going into our house, and this is a wonderful tool to handle big loads coming in and out. My husband is super pleased too. Thank you.
