The upcart versa is as easy to open and close as it was described on the internet. And it easily folds to fit into my car when I go shopping. I was able to bring the multiple bags of groceries into my house in one trip and that involves pulling it up 6 steps to get into house. When I do laundry, I’m able to take 2 large loads of laundry down 2 flights of stairs to the basement ..in one trip. It is a huge time and energy safer for me. And customer service has been wonderful. They are quick, kind and courteous to answer any questions, both before I made my purchase when trying to decide which upcart would best meet my needs and be a size I could comfortably handle, and after I made my purchase of versa upcart. Very useful especially going up and down the stairs with load on it. And it folds and doesn't take up much space when not in use. I love it!
