I ordered a 6” bracelet for Christmas, paid expedited shipping so it would be here in time, and ended up getting a 7” bracelet in the mail. The receipt in the package says it’s a 6” so I gave it to my fiancee as an early Christmas gift and we only then figured out it was a 7”. The only saving grace is they have been easy to deal with about getting it replaced, but still pretty unfortunate that we won’t have it in time for Christmas.

The stone was not what was described. I returned it.

I bought a 1/2 carat yellow diamond pendant with a gold chain necklace. When she received it the necklace had two knots in the chain. I had to use a magnifying glass and a straight pin to untie them. Paid too much money to have that happen. Will not recommend or return to store.

Paid for an appraisal and it didnt come with the ring. Now no one responds. Will have to dispute credit card charge. First time we purchased something a couple years ago it went much more smoothly

Haven’t received anything and no contact from support regarding any issue with my order…. Last email I received was to tell me that my photos of the post and remaining screw back were sent to some team for matching and nothing since this email asking me to review my shopping experience…. Not sure what’s going on…. .
