If I could rate zero
If I could rate zero stars I would. I need my purchase to be delivered by today before leaving on my trip tomorrow, but it is now stuck with UPS and delayed until Monday. Now I don't have anything to give my wife on her birthday. I originally placed the order on 12/27 and only because I followed up I found out that the order was on hold and then had to cancel and reorder. I had to call many times and often only reached voice mail. Why does it take over 2 weeks to receive my order? This is a terrible experience
