I am very happy with the ruby earrings I purchased for wife. Good pricing and beautiful gems.

I love the earrings and necklace. However, I wish I had gotten the regular post earrings instead of the screw back ones because one of the backs came off not even a month in. And I regularly check them to make sure they are on good. I'm using a plastic back on it now.

I love my pendant but the chain broke already

The picture I saw online was a little misleading. I expected the sapphire to look a little bigger than it actually does. When I placed the order, I emailed a note, asking about upsizing the ring. A couple days went by with no response. I finally called one day to inquire about it, and was told I'd have to pay extra for that. So, I did that. Apparently the order sat idle for days before I followed up again, and straightened everything out. It's lucky for me that I wasn't in too big of a hurry to get it. The item itself was so-so.
