Not top quality but decent !

I love my pendant but the chain broke already

The picture I saw online was a little misleading. I expected the sapphire to look a little bigger than it actually does. When I placed the order, I emailed a note, asking about upsizing the ring. A couple days went by with no response. I finally called one day to inquire about it, and was told I'd have to pay extra for that. So, I did that. Apparently the order sat idle for days before I followed up again, and straightened everything out. It's lucky for me that I wasn't in too big of a hurry to get it. The item itself was so-so.

I have bought many items in past. This time I paid extra for fast next day shipping. No where did it state that this would only occur after they returned from a vacation and further processing. When I asked for a compromise in shipping cost, I was met with rude customer service. When I stated I would never shop with this company again, the agent stated “that’s fine” and hung up on me.

I was very disappointed in the quality after receiving my earrings, small for the . 50 ct as advertised. I will not be keeping them, these are going back.
