Not the best which is why I don't buy anymore

All I know is that my bracelet (ordered as a gift to my daughter-in-law)) had arrived in West Chester, PA on May 26th & is still there. Cannot get explanation as to why there is no movement!!

Bought four pieces of jewelry from this company notified them that one of my pieces was damaged sent them pictures for proof, and they never gave me a replacement or told me how to exchange or anything never again will I buy from this company that I was loyal to.

Maybe shipping is the issue for not receiving my order

I reached out to the company 3 times to ask for a size exchange twice by email and once by phone leaving a voicemail and heard NOTHING back.
