Never received my order and no one is responding to help me with my issue???!!!

The whole process has been a disappointment. First, someone took it upon themselves to change my order that I paid for, and only now are you sending my replacement that’s not my original request. I was not told when replied to my issue, that it was not available in what I wanted. They waited until I shipped back my product. And then told me 10-14 days!!! True disappointment!!!

Every time I ordered a piece of jewelry from this company, I paid for it and you took my money! Then I got an e-mail saying it was out of stock! Very disappointing and frustrating! This happened twice to me!! I love the jewelry, but your process is flawed!

Should offer full return if no damage or wear. Won't be purchasing from this company again.
