CURRENTLY... I am trying to convince this company to refund my money on 2 mens braided bracelets in the color black.
1 bracelet, I received, the clasp came loose from both ends of the bracelet. I sent 4 pictures. You say it will not open for you to see the broken bracelet. I resent the photos on 8/25/22. I hope it opens.
The 2nd bracelet is too small.
I would like a full refund for both bracelets. They are packaged in the original packaging they were received in. I'm waiting on return instructions because I am not being believed. I just received this order so I'm sure I am within the time frame for returns. I need a return slip from your company.
I will gladly return both bracelets to you with a return label provided from your company and you will see the piece of junk I received and paid a pretty high price for.
THE BRACELET IS BROKEN ON BOTH ENDS. The other bracelet is to small for my husbands wrist.
I SIMPLY WANT TO RETURN THE 2 BRACELETS AND GET A FULL REFUND FOR THEM BOTH!
