I bought for my daughter for Christmas, very pretty and fast shipping.

The ring sizes were not what I ordered. Had to have the rings' sizes corrected at the jewelers at additional cost. I could not return them because they were engraved. Note, I do love the ring style and quality.

I love my ring

I’ve made several purchases and love the jewelry so far. I’d give the products five stars but customer service only one. I had one issue where I ordered a pair of earrings in silver yet received them in silver/gold. I reached out to Customer Service multiple times without ever receiving any response. It would be helpful if there was a phone number in order to speak to someone if there’s no response to electronic communication as happened here…disappointing!

I ordered an item in early September but it has not arrived. I reached out to customer service who responded quickly and promised an update. There has been no update. So I reached out again and they seem to be MIA. I have never had a problem with my orders before so I am a little skeptical right now.
