Je n’ai toujours pas de nouvelle concernant ma commande et je n’ai aucune aide

It’s not the first time that I buy from aquae jewels, but after this time Im sure that I dont wanna deal with them again. I started when I shared with them a design for a ring to customize and have confirmed with them several times that they are confident that they can match the design 100%. 5 minutes after I made the payment online (which wasn’t that cheap even after the 20% discount) , they contacted me that they need me to pay around 1000 aed extra, since they have missed the delivery location. After I have insisted not to pay anything extra and many back and forth they managed something, so that i wouldn’t have to pay the additional amount ( why it wasn’t done from the beginning, no clue). Then they have sent me some photos and videos of the ring and I had some comments on the quality ( connection were just sad) and how it is not matching the design, they have assured me that they have worked on the comments and that the ring is perfect and that I shouldn’t worry. I have received the ring: - it was in the wrong size - honestly it is the cheapest quality I have ever seen - not same design they have received So basically, all the comments I have shared with them before they sent the ring, in addition to the wrong size. Then the hassle started, the options were as followed: - option 1: redoing the ring until I’m satisfied, which is mo longer an option for me since they haven’t even bothered to work on the comments in the first place and the quality was shockingly bad. - option 2: having store credit for the full amount, which I didnt prefer as I didnt wanna buy anything from them anymore - and when I insisted to return the ring, since it is not what I ordered, they informed me that I will only get 80% of the ring’s amount paid, which I didnt agree to. So the lady told me she will check with management to bear the cost of the 20% and came back to me informing me that I can’t even return the ring and that I only have option 1 and 2. So now I’m stuck with store credit with them after a very stressful experience.

Aquae jewels sent me a package via DHL that required signature upon delivery. DHL delivered the package, but never attempted to receive a signature. This led to the package being out in the open, without my knowledge, and I never ended up seeing the package (Assuming either theft or misdelivery). DHL admitted their mistake and offered a full refund if Aquae submitted a claim. Both myself and DHL told Aquae to submit a claim, multiple times, to which they never did and insisted on not following DHL’s process, despite DHL offering a full refund. DHL ended up sending them a full refund. Aquae then offered a replacement piece, rather than submitting the claim per DHL’s instructions, but proceeded to cancel the order mid-delivery and have it sent back to Aquae. I am now without product or refund due to Aquae’s predatory business practices. They need to be held responsible for their dishonest actions and I’m going to write reviews all over their social media, so no one buy from this company. They are a SCAM!!
