My jewelry is beautiful but I used it once and it broke already.

The whole experience was terrible. The earrings are way smaller than in picture. I decided to return them and they told me that I would only get part of the money back as the VAT amount won’t be refunded. I accepted this nonsense condition and send the item back on the 19/12/2022. Today 18/01/2023 I haven’t still get the refund. I asked through email two days ago explanation and still no answer.

I have placed a return request, the item was collected by your delivey but till now i got no respond regarding my refund status. I keep emailing you but with no respond from your side.
