Customer Relations Manager in OR/ Bill Matthews
I’m going to be honest here, but I’m VERY disappointed in the sales team. I wanted my order delivered to my boyfriend for Christmas who lives in a different state. My billing address is another state obviously. If this is a problem, why is it offered/asked when placing the order? The sales manager stated that the deliver address was a hotel? I explained to him that it is not a hotel but a condo complex which is gated with security. Still the purchase was being denied by “the banking partners” at which point after several attempts to try and get it all rectified, I was way too disappointed to even go through with the order. I lost faith in the sales manager and in “the banking partners”. I still have all the emails if you’re interested in seeing how I believe I was “geographically discriminated” I ended up purchasing the exact same product from a different company who sells your knives with the SAME EXACT CREDENTIALS. But honestly, I’ll never purchase a William Henry ever again because of this experience and because this company thinks it’s ok to go into customer’s private information to DELIVER a product. The purchase price was immediately deducted from my account as I explained to the CR Manager SO I’m not understanding why the product was an issue to get delivered EVEN after I contacted the company……….. Thanks but no thanks
