I still don’t have my merchandise.

I ordered my first bracelet and I like it a lot, then I ordered two more items and I saw that they did not apply the 10% welcome 21 , so I called and the representative was very impolite, extremely mean and disrespectful. So I decided to cancel all my items. I don’t want to be part of a Company that train like that their employees.
