I was looking for a tennis necklace for my daughters birthday. The sweetheart deluxe tennis necklace stood out to me. I got a email from the company as a courtesy and when I did reply back I got a very firm email back to say not to reply to them as this is not there email to reply to??? So when I went back to the Valentina-rose website to find there email they sent a email back to say this was there email and not the one that was sent to me. So overall abit confusing but I managed to get my parcel. I opened it and it was more beautifull then the pictures! It arrived the next day in a beautifull box. Can't wait for my duaghter to see this. Thank you for your prompt service. Would definelty recommend.

Bracelet colour and stones are beautiful but when you put it on and off the elastic twists and the stones get out of line I'm worried it will break or the elastic will stretch

Shipping was good and it came in time. Was disappointed by the way it broke after only a few hours of wearing it
