I’ve had the bracelet for 3 weeks and the link just came off and I’ve emailed twice and heard nothing, I would like a refund or to get it replaced or fixed but I’m upset how it’s not getting sorted , as I paid £65 for a bracelet that I wore 3 times

Terrible experience with unprofessional customer service . All is well until something goes wrong the customer service is below standard

I am not happy, the back of the earring broke. I want another of the earrings delivered to me for free
