Dear timex-team,
unfortunately I am deeply disappointed by the whole process on your side. The watch was not wearable (wristband fell of), the return took two weeks to process, I have learned that timex intends to deduct return-shipping costs from my refund and worst of all the watch is now labeled as being sold out so I cannot even get a flawless new one.
