Terrible customer service

I could say that the client support is horrible but how to rate something that simply does not exists? I've tried to contact Timex support by phone many times and also sent 3 emails back in December 2022 requesting quote and availability for a strap for the watch that I bought and I've not received a single reply. My recommendation is to keep away from Timex or hope that you will not need any type of support from them because there isn't any. Reading the reviews of other clients this seems to be an issue with Timex but I decided to give it a try... worst mistake ever!

Pan Am Crono was broken from new. Complained. No reply from Timex. Requested my money back. No money recieved, and cannot get in touch with Timex. Fraud company. Stay away.

Second hand does not align, and found a small scratch. I reached out to customer support via email. I havent heard back since. I basically cant contact them. It is an impossible task. Will most likely not buy any timex again. Safe some money, get a proper watch.
