Watch arrived broken.. 3 weeks later still no return label.

It tool 3 complaints form2 weeks to receive a label for return shipment…..

No customer support after timex.com delived defect watch. Thank you for nothing

Do not have my refund and my package didnt have a return label.

Received a totally different product, probably due to a warehouse mixup. Had to write dozens of emails and messages over a couple of weeks to get the Return documents. After a month from the issue I didnt receive the correct watch and I'm still waiting for the refund. I'm not discussing the quality of the products but the Timex customer service is really terrible.
