I recieved a different watch than the one I ordered. Instead of swapping watches, I had to send the wrong watch back to get a refund and then order the right watch again. Alas, the desired watch is out of stock in the meantime…

Sent me a clearly used and damaged watch, I waited more than 10 days for a return label and now it's been over 10 business days since Timex received the watch back and still no refund and no reply from customer service. Awful from Timex and probably my last time shopping on official Timex stores.

Extremely bad customer service. I will never buy from timex again
