As lousy as lousy can be.

The wristband broke after a few times worn. Customer service directed me to a repair shop in Italy that couldn't guarantee that tgey will fix it. I didn't want to send it across Europe at my own expense without knowing that it will be fixed. After repeatedly enquiring at the Timex customer service I got no reply. I mean... You buy a 200$ watch and no reply from customer service. Very dissapointed. I believe there is a flaw in design of the wristbands of the Malibu watches so they break so easily with no way of fixing. I checked with lical repair shop and they said that it is unfixable. Too bad Timex, too bad...

Haven’t received my order yet.

I didn't recieve my watch. Timex send me comletely different product. Company has no will to fix the mistake that they made and I'm without my watch. They didn't propose any form of recomoensation. One good thing is that customer service helped me with the return package. I'm still waiting for money return. I never gonna recieve my watch so I'm not gonna buy from timex again.
