The customer service at The M was pretty great, but unfortunately the product itself is pretty poor. Really wanted to like this ring but it’s quite simply cheap and poorly made. Certainly not worth its price, and maybe worth $20 at a street stall. Advertised as silver, it’s either the worlds thinnest silver ever or more like stainless. It’s so thin it wears uncomfortably. More importantly the Lapis to me appears to be painted on, as there are discolorations and scratches that show a different base material. I am not a jeweler so take my layman’s feedback, but it’s not my first jewelry purchase. I would recommend buying elsewhere.

Took 3 months to get my necklace

My first necklace broke with in days of receiving. The clasp shown on your site not same as what I received. New one I was sent has same clasp as first one - still does not match photo and a different necklace
