My first necklace broke with in days of receiving. The clasp shown on your site not same as what I received. New one I was sent has same clasp as first one - still does not match photo and a different necklace

I ordered this over a month ago and the shipping tracking shows the label was created 3 weeks ago but USPS is still waiting for the item to be dropped off to ship. I placed my order April 20. As of May 12 the tracking shows USPS is waiting for the item and today is May 27. It’s been 38 days since I ordered and who knows if I’ll receive it

I have yet to receive my order. I’m not happy with this company right now.
