chain broke after my second time wearing it

Service was not good. I asked for a refund the day I received the necklace. A week later i got a gift card from M Jewelers with no note. I do not want a gift card, I want to refund to my card because I would like to shop elsewhere for quality jewelry

It had been almost two months & I still have not received my package !!!
