first of all the store associate charged me for this wrong more expensive bracelet. mine fell off within a week. waste of money

Horrible

Disorganized and bad communication.

Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I returned the item, but they refused to refund me claiming it was a final sale, even though that was never stated anywhere. Feels like a scam. I’ll never order from them again.
